The Work

I am a sound editor and re-recording mixer who is passionate about storytelling and how it happens between sound and visuals.

Just as directors partner with cinematographers for visuals, they partner with sound editors for audio.

I see the post-sound process as a partnership. There are always new ways of conceptualizing a scene and sound should help and not hinder that process.

Film

I am constantly exploring both my craft and the film industry. Understanding the ways in which others are creating improves my understanding of what matters and how I can be a better filmmaker.

Schooling

In the early years of my education I found myself drawn towards the freedom of creating. With a background in IT, I excel at understanding technical details as well as the creative process.

Lifestyle

Pursuing hobbies has been a recent goal of mine. Whether it be working out, learning to cook new dishes or writing short films, I try to engage myself outside of work. I believe your ability to tell stories is reliant on your experience.
